MIC Electronics receives letter of completion from Ratlam Division of Western Railway Zone – Details
Electric Equipment Company MIC Electronics has informed exchanges that it has received a letter of completion/installation certificate from the Ratlam Division of Western Railway Zone. The letter of competition is related to three projects – including the replacement of train display boards at 7 stations.
“The Company has received Letter of Completion/Installation Certificate from Ratlam Division of Western Railway Zone in connection with (i) Indore: Replacement of 05 lines Train display board on codal basis. (ii) Provision of new CGS Boards at NMH PF 02, Train Display Boards & GPS Clocks at 33 Nos. stations under MEA. (iii) Replacement of Train display board at 7 stations, at a glance display board at 4 station and replacement of Analog/GPS clocks at 67 on codal life basis,” the company said.
Earlier, the company said that the company decided to issue equity shares of Rs 2 face value through qualified institutional placement (QIP).
The board of directors of the company approved the issuance of the QIP issue at a floor price of Rs 48.30 from June 12. The company can give a discount of five per cent to investors on the floor price.
According to the information, the company will have to complete this order within 9 months. Apart from this, the company also informed that a Letter of Completion/Installation Certificate of DWK PF-1 CGDB and IPIS system has also been received at Hapa station from Rajkot Division of Western Railway.
